Carpi, 2 May 2026 – The Arci Mattatoio Club in Carpi (MO) opens its doors — free entry with Arci membership card — for a special evening event. A double appointment from 9:30 PM onwards: delivery of rewards to the 2025 crowdfunding supporters and presentation of the book Tutte le Mani del Maffia (Rizosfera), featuring a talk preceded by the screening of the short film Maffia, An Illicit Short Movie.
The talk show will be hosted by Gabriele Fantuzzi, editor of the volume and member of the Collettivo Maffia. Special guests: the celebrated graphic freelance Jumbo Manfredini and the legendary DJ Rocca, also an honorary member of the Collettivo Maffia. Together, they will share interviews, readings and an open discussion with the audience on the themes of the book — memory, hands that build, stories from the margins.
After the presentation, the evening shifts gear. Closing the night, a tight DJ set by DJ Rocca: breakbeat and drum and bass in abundance to carry the after-event deep into the night.
Before the music, time for public acknowledgements: the 2025 crowdfunding supporters will receive their rewards (signed copies, limited editions and exclusive gifts).
Free entry. During the evening, a sales point will be available for the book and the Maffia t-shirt — itself a cult object.
The appointment is at 9:30 PM at the Mattatoio in Carpi (MO). Supporters are advised to arrive on time for reward collection.
