Blow UP #269 :: Ottobre 2020 :: Numero Rizosferico !

1991 è il numero perfetto! Ecco qui, la prima recensione degli anni ’20 del XXI secolo, di un total-cult degli anni ’90, edito da Kom Fut Manifesto Records :: si tratta del mitico combo «Gloria al lavoro!», a.k.a. Slava Trudù, formazione di politburo-techno pre-Apparat, o di red-avant funk, sempre in bilico tra cubofuturismo russo, gigantismo sovietico, funk nerissimo, urgenza punk, inventiva sarda, creatività bolognese post-77. Una cartografia intensiva insolita: perchè il gruppo guidato dai fratelli Garau (ex Surprize), da Igor Tuveri, in arte Igort, e dal chitarrista – «mekano guitar» – Luca Patini (ex Surprize pure lui), è stato una luminosissima ‘cometa’ nel firmamento elettronico europeo, ancor prima che italiano, che purtroppo si è spenta troppo presto. Più ironici di Laibach, più melodici di Yello, più filosovietici di CCCP, più pop di Officine Schwartz, Slava Trudù hanno anticipato di un ventennio un certo ‘accelerazionismo fumettistico’ (vedi alla voce Drexciya) e una splendida deriva da ‘Sonic Novel’ che speriamo si palesi nei prossimi anni. Buon ascolto, se avete la fortuna di possedere il vinile del ’91 :: la ‘muscolare-robotica’ versione del classico di Ike and Tina Turner in stile Soviet-Mad Max non vi lascerà ascoltatori indifferenti! #slavatrudu #igort #neomelodicomoscovita
