New album by Giuseppe Cordaro on Rizosfera label :: XIII Rumori Santi ::
Rizosfera announces the new album by Giuseppe Cordaro – Italian sound ecologist and sound sculptor – entitled ‘XIII rumori santi’. The 11-track, 45-minute album is scheduled for release in late autumn 2021, with USB and C45 tape. Catalogue number Rizosfera-NUKFM016. Very special guests on the album are Mira Calix, Michael Vallera and Akira Rabelais. The album cover that opens is a picture by Giuseppe La Spada. Giuseppe Cordaro’s Biography ::
Giuseppe Cordaro hides himself behind the pseudonym con_cetta. Sound sculptor, ecologist he has devoted himself to electronic music since 2005. Giuseppe explores many different languages in the field of electronic music, his music moves from electroacustic minimalism to micro-noise mixed with warm mediterranean sounds. He has collaborated with several artists: Akira Rabelais, Mira Calix, Robert Lippok, Ben Frost (music for six guitars performance), Head Dress, Giorgio Sancristoforo, Corrado Nuccini and Jukka Reverberi, Emidio Clementi, Grey in Sparkle, MonoLogue, Luca Sciarratta (musicians), Giuseppe La Spada, Quayola, Elena Mazzi, Sara Tirelli, Apparati Effimeri, Gabriella Sancisi, (video-artists), Francesco Fei, Ipnose Studio (director).
