RIZOSFERA IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE RELEASE ON APRIL 7TH OF DOMENICO MORREALE’S MUSIC VIDEO FOR THE SONG ‘MANTRA DELLE OMBRE’ BY THE BAND ENTEN HITTI.
On Monday, April 7th, the new music video by Bitpop Music Videos (directed by Domenico Morreale) for “Mantra delle ombre” by Enten Hitti will be released on Rizosfera. The track is taken from their album Mistiche Ribelli (Lizard Records, 2025).
The video takes shape from the sequences of Lotte Reiniger’s Die Abenteuer des Prinzen Achmed (1926), transforming into a shadow theater where archival footage and musical instruments merge into a symbolic dance.

In the video Mantra delle ombre, the visual and conceptual construction is based on a double metaphor. On one hand, the shadow theater frames the narrative, incorporating both images from Die Abenteuer des Prinzen Achmed (1926)—the first film made using the animated shadow technique—and the silhouettes of the musicians. The images are reflected in a symmetry that recomposes the film’s sequences into new animated panels.
On the other hand, the mask becomes a symbol of a perceptual threshold: eyes that open and close in an alternation between sleep and awareness, between emotion and detachment from the shadows that guide life. Always present, the mask outlines the face of the spectator, who in turn reflects and absorbs the gazes of the musicians, their eyes alternating behind it. What emerges is a play of mirrors between observer and observed, between personal shadows and those represented in the shadow theater, between hypnotic music and mental images.
