The new work “XIII rumori santi” by Giuseppe Cordaro will be released by Rizosfera-Nukfm on 10th January 2022 (catalogue number NUKFM016). The album is available in three versions: 1) complete version with 20 pages colour booklet + Usb sonic card 2GB + tape C60 / limited and numbered edition 100 copies 2) version with 20 pages colour booklet + Usb sonic card 2GB 3) 20 pages colour booklet + tape C60.
Giuseppe Cordaro biography
Giuseppe Cordaro (1981). Ecologist and sound artist, he has created a series of audiovisual projects for events, multimedia installations and mapping (Sonorizzazione del Vulcano Etna presented at the Quadriennale 2017 in Rome, Audioscan Milano at Palazzo Reale 2010, Audioscan Notturno Teatro Valli Reggio Emilia 2010, Palazzo Ducale Modena, Cortili di San Pietro in Reggio Emilia). Always attentive to sound research and the study of new technologies, he has specialised in soundscapes and the phonosphere with great attention to sound ecology. He has collaborated with various artists including Robert Lippok, Simon Scott, Ben Frost, Giorgio Sancristoforo, Corrado Nuccini, Giuseppe La Spada, Quayola and Apparati Effimeri. He has produced eight albums with different electronic music labels. «XIII rumori santi» (Thirteen holy noises) is the first work for Rizosfera’s NUKFM label.
