Presentation of the Rizosfera Transmedia Project and the Polymedial Album ODRZ 82 at MUFANT in Turin on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM –
On March 15, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the Museum of Science Fiction and the Fantastic of Turin (MUFANT) will host the presentation of the transmedia work *ODRZ 82*. The event will offer an immersion into the realms of industrial-noise and audiovisual experimentation, featuring a live performance by the ODRZ collective, the presentation of the Rizosfera Transmedia series, and a showcase of digital projects developed by students from the Cinema and Media Engineering program at the Polytechnic University of Turin.
*ODRZ 82* is an album by the Milan-based industrial-noise collective ODRZ, which transforms the physical and historical characteristics of six navigable artificial canals into sounds and rhythms. The album marks the debut of Rizosfera’s Transmedia series and will be released in March 2025, coinciding with the event, alongside a medium-length film that serves as an audiovisual extension of the project.
In 2024, *ODRZ 82* inspired a Hackathon Transmediale organized by the Transmedia course at the Polytechnic University of Turin in collaboration with Rizosfera. This creative workshop engaged students in the development of public digital works that enrich the original concept through interactive interfaces and transmedia storytelling, expanding the boundaries of the work beyond sound and image.

The work ODRZ 82 is rich in content and equally generous in sounds and images. As a format, it is characterized by:
- A 16-page full-color booklet printed on high-quality 290-gram Twill paper.
- A 16 GB USB Card containing high-definition audio and video.
- The USB Card is color screen-printed and attached to a 250-gram Bristol cardstock, which features the work’s credits.
- Streaming of the entire work on the RizoStream digital platform, with a private access code provided to purchasers of ODRZ 82.
- Quaderni Transmedia 1/2025 is the official publication of the Rizosfera Transmedia editorial project, printed on high-quality Twill paper. It delves into the themes of the multimedia work in which it is included, with a more academic and essayistic approach compared to the booklet accompanying the published work.
