Richard Cabut è autore del romanzo Dark Entries (Cold Lips Press, 2019), curatore/scrittore dell’antologia Punk is Dead: Modernity Killed Every Night (Zer0 Books, ottobre 2017), collaboratore di Ripped, Torn and Cut – Pop, Politics and Punks Fanzines From 1976 (Manchester University Press, 2018) e Growing Up With Punk (Nice Time, 2018).
Suoi articoli sono apparsi su The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, NME (con lo pseudonimo di Richard North), ZigZag, The Big Issue, Time Out, Offbeat magazine, The Independent, Artists & Illustrators magazine, the first post, London Arts Board/Arts Council England, Siren magazine, ecc. La sua narrativa è stata pubblicata nei libri The Edgier Waters (Snowbooks, 2006) e Affinity (67 Press, 2015). È stato candidato al Pushcart Prize nel 2016. I drammi di Richard sono stati rappresentati in vari teatri di Londra e a livello nazionale, tra cui l’Arts Theatre, Covent Garden, Londra. Ha pubblicato la fanzine Kick e suonato il basso per la band punk Brigandage (LP Pretty Funny Thing – Gung Ho Records, 1986).
Nel 2023 pubblica per PC Press il suo secondo romanzo ‘Looking For A Kiss‘ che ha riscontrato un notevole gradimento da parte della critica e del mondo musicale legato al punk e al post-punk.
