He received his PhD in 2018 from the Universit\u00e9 Paris 1 Panth\u00e9on-Sorbonne, where he teaches contemporary art history.\r\n\r\nHe wrote articles in several art journals: <em>Arts<\/em>, <em>Octopus Notes<\/em>, <em>Les Cahiers du Mnam<\/em>, <em>Marges<\/em>, <em>Optical Sound<\/em>, and in the <em>Cahiers du CAP<\/em> and <em>Histo.art<\/em> published by the \u00c9ditions de la Sorbonne. His books include <strong><em>Shock Factory: Culture visuelle des musiques industrielles (1969-1995)<\/em><\/strong> (2023), <strong><em>The Last Slogan<\/em><\/strong> (2022), co-authored with <strong>Jean-Pierre Turmel<\/strong> (Sordide Sentimental), <strong><em>Genesis Breyer P-Orridge: Nekrophile<\/em><\/strong> (2018), among other texts he has written in books such as Zoe Dewitt\u2019s <em>Nekrophile Rekords (1983-1990): Texts, Documents, Materials<\/em> (2022), Nigel Ayers\u2019 <em>Electronic Resistance <\/em>(2021), and <em>Analogue Black Terror: A Visual History of Black Metal <\/em>(vol. 1, 2019; vol. 2, 2020).\r\n\r\nIn 2023, he curated the exhibition \u201c<strong>Who You Staring At? Visual culture of the no wave scene in the 1970s and 1980s<\/strong>\u201d at the Centre Pompidou. He also curated the exhibitions \u201c<strong>AntipsychiARTrie.
